Tourmalet II
Overview
A newly completed contemporary home in the same architectural language as Tourmalet I, photographed unfurnished — the white walls and light-grey tile floors left to read clearly without distraction.
The open plan runs from the kitchen out through dark-framed stacking doors to a covered side patio, with the Western Cape mountains visible from the upper bedrooms. Upstairs, a glass balustrade rims an open loft above the void, and a statement chandelier hangs through the double height.
The principal suite carries a walk-in wardrobe finished in warm timber-clad joinery, leading through to a freestanding bath beyond. A rectangular pool sits at the rear, set into a small lawn at the foot of the home’s double-storey elevation.
